Conference and workshop events conducted by PASAMBAP, Inc. are currently free of any professional charges. However, applicants are requested to provide the following:
 

  1. Host band for the workshop.
  2. Venue conducive for music workshop.
  3. Invite owners, leaders and conductors of other bands in
  4. neighboring towns to attend  the conference.
  5. Invite other band musicians to attend the workshop.
  6. P. A. sound system for lectures.
  7. White board, marker pens and eraser.
  8. Meals  (breakfast, lunch, merienda, dinner) for 10 lecturer and officers.
  9. Accommodations whenever necessary.
  10. Transportation provisions or allowances.
  11. 

Applicants are encouraged to register their band with PASAMBAP, Inc.
