We encourage all bands and band organizations to register with Securities and Exchange Commission  

and the Bureau of Internal Revenue to make your band or organization legal and legitimate .
PASAMBAP, Inc. will impose that all member bands are registered with SEC and BIR from the second year onwards of membership with PASAMBAP.                       

PASAMBAP, Inc. member bands must maintain at least 32 playing members. List of members will be required to be submitted occasionally.

PASAMBAP, Inc. member bands must always be in good moral standing and refrain involvement in civil disorders.



PASAMBAP, Inc. reserves the right at any time to revoke any membership for whatever reason it deems necessary. 



PASAMBAP, Inc. reserves the right to use in whatever manner and for whatever purpose all pictures, audio and video recordings taken during projects and concerts involving PASAMBAP, Inc.
